Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of NexSSH.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, NexSSH Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use NexSSH.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use NexSSH for unauthorized access,
- violate applicable laws or regulations,
- interfere with systems you do not own or have permission to administer.
3. Your Infrastructure and Credentials
You are responsible for:
- server access credentials,
- key material management,
- commands executed through NexSSH,
- compliance obligations for environments you connect to.
4. Third-Party Services
NexSSH may interoperate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
5. No Warranty
NexSSH is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexSSH Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss, service interruption, or security incidents caused by third-party systems.
7. Export and Compliance
You must comply with export control and sanctions laws applicable to software that includes cryptographic functionality.
8. Termination
These Terms terminate if you violate them. You may stop using NexSSH at any time by uninstalling the app.
