Data Deletion Policy

NexSSH is local-first. Most data deletion is immediate on your device.

1. In-App Deletion

• Delete connections from the Connection Tree.
• Delete saved keys in Key Vault.
• Remove trusted fingerprints in Known Hosts.

2. Full Local Data Removal

1. Quit NexSSH.
2. Remove app data folder: ~/Library/Application Support/NexSSH.
3. Remove Keychain items created by NexSSH (password refs and key passphrases).

3. Account Deletion

NexSSH currently does not require a NexSSH cloud account for core features. If cloud account features are introduced in future versions, in-app account deletion controls will be added.
